By telephone and online. ChildLine is looking forward to the future of listening.

ChildLine is the UK's free, confidential helpline for children and young people. Trained volunteers are on hand to provide advice and support, by phone and online, 24 hours a day. Whenever and wherever children need us, we'll be there.

This autumn sees the national launch of our new online counselling service. When a child has a worry they desperately need to talk about, there should be no obstacles to prevent them getting the help they need. A fear of struggling for words, or of crying, should not stop them from speaking out.

Your kind donations have helped us to expand ChildLine and give children even more ways to get the help and support they need. You could still make a difference for a child who needs help both online and on the phone by donating to the Child's Voice Appeal. Your funds could help us recruit more volunteer counsellors who provide the advice, help and support that children and young people can depend on.
